Delivery
At Every Last Petal, we strive to provide a seamless delivery experience. Our policy ensures you are informed at each step of the process. Please review the following guidelines:
- Notification of Delivery: You will receive a notification via email or text message once your order is in route and another confirmation upon successful delivery.
- Delivery Requirements: To ensure timely delivery, please make sure someone is available at the designated delivery address to receive the order during the scheduled arrival window. Our drivers follow a specific route with set time slots and cannot wait beyond the allocated time.
- Missed Deliveries: If no one is available to receive the delivery, the order will be returned to our facility for delivery on the next business day. You will be notified of the rescheduled times available.
- Order Cancellation: If the rescheduled delivery is missed, the order will be canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Events
Thank you for considering Every Last Petal for your event needs. Please review the following guidelines for booking and managing your event:
Event Inquiries: To book an event with Every Last Petal, please send an email to every.last.petal@gmail.com. With your name, the event you are interested in, and date! We will respond as soon as possible to discuss your requirements and confirm availability.
Deposit and Payment: A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before the event date.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations made at least 4 months in advance are eligible for a full refund; cancellations made after the 4 month mark will incur a 50% fee.
- Rescheduling Policy: We must be notified at least 2 months before the original event date regarding a need to reschedule, a 30% rescheduling fee will apply if the requested new date is available.
Refunds
Delivery Orders: If your order is incorrect or does not meet your expectations upon delivery, you must contact us within 24 hours to be eligible for a partial refund. Claims made after this period will not be considered for a refund.

Welcome to Every Last Petal. By accessing our website and purchasing our products and services, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of our website.
Services Offered
Every Last Petal specializes in floral design, including arrangements, workshops, event setups, and a flower bar service. We also provide unique products like our ‘Thrifted Vases’ collection, where antique or recycled vases are sold, with a portion of proceeds going to a designated monthly charity.
Orders and Payment Terms
Orders can be placed directly through our website. Please place orders at least 72 hours in advance for fresh flower arrangements, and three weeks in advance for larger events. All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change based on market conditions.
Payments are accepted via credit card, debit card, and select digital payment methods. A 50% deposit is required for event bookings, with full payment due two weeks before the event date.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
For flower arrangements, cancellations made at least 48 hours before the delivery date are eligible for a refund minus a 25% service fee. For events, cancellations made at least 4 months in advance are eligible for a full refund; cancellations made after the 4 month mark will incur a 50% fee.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds for delivered flowers are not available unless there is an error on our part.
Delivery Policy
We offer delivery services within designated areas. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. In cases where no one is available to receive the delivery, we will attempt to contact the recipient and may charge an additional fee for re-delivery.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refund Eligibility
- Flower Arrangements: Refunds are available if cancellations are made 48 hours prior to the delivery date. Refunds will exclude a 25% processing fee.
- Events: Full refunds are available for cancellations made 4 months prior to the event date. Cancellations after the 4 month mark will incur a 50% charge.
Non-Refundable Purchases
Once an arrangement is delivered, it is non-refundable due to the perishable nature of flowers. Exceptions may be made if the arrangement arrives in poor condition, in which case we offer an exchange or credit.
Exchange Policy
If an arrangement arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with a photo of the arrangement. We will arrange for an exchange or replacement based on availability.

Delivery Instructions
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that accurate address and contact information is provided at checkout. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect information or if no one is available to receive the delivery.
Failed Deliveries
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, we will attempt to contact them and arrange a re-delivery, which may incur an additional fee.
Sustainability Policy
Every Last Petal is committed to eco-friendly practices. We use dried petals from past arrangements in our packaging and offer the Thrifted Vases collection, which features antique or recycled vases. This collection donates a portion of its proceeds to a monthly charity, supporting local and global communities.
Workshop Policies
Booking Requirements
Bookings for workshops require a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance due one week before the workshop date. A minimum of 2 weeks' notice is required for cancellations.
